How you'll make an impact
Responsible as an individual contributor for VRC management and operations of multiple facilities.
Responsible for daily supervision and VRC operations, including but not limited to executing daily walk thru and updates checklist and zone chart to ensure highest quality standards and member experience.
Work interdepartmentally to develop and maintain compliance standards by ensuring applicable standards such as HIPPA, Healthcare and Corporate regulations, perform risk analysis if needed.
Leads in the preparation and development of systems, training materials, SOPs and presentations related to VRC Operations.
Acts as primary liaison to providers and vendors for VRC services
Develop strategic goals and KPIs and measure progress
Direct team in problem solving, issues resolution, and handles escalations directly when needed
Takes a lead role in operational growth by leading operation initiatives, using reports and data analysis to recommend changes, partnering with leadership and internal stakeholders, and managing processes to drive positive results
Collaborates with internal departments to address operational needs and meet goals either independently or in collaboration with leadership
Assist in interviewing, hiring, training, and team development
Manage associated vendor relationships, collect and review proposals; and make recommendations to management
Manages adherence to all regulations internally and across sites and vendors
Responsible for procurement, ordering supplies, processing incoming packages, maintaining inventory and reconciliation of accounts associated with orders.
Creates Facilities and IT tickets through internal ticketing system and follows up in a timely manner to ensure project completion.
Schedules and coordinates projects and handles special assignments from management.
Provide reports as needed and creates/manages spreadsheets for special projects.
About You
Required: High school diploma and 2 years related experience required.
