Job Title: Water/Wastewater Engineering Operations Manager

Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage field staff, and ensure seamless communication with clients regarding project deadlines. This pivotal role involves overseeing up to six projects concurrently, primarily located in the Southeast region (VA, NC, and FL). The position requires monthly travel to project sites and offers a blend of office and remote work settings.

Hard Skills

• 3 to 8 years of experience in relevant field

• Experience in water/wastewater, wet water, water engineering, stormwater

• Operational management including client communication and fleet management

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and GIS (preferred)

• Knowledge in SSES, flow monitoring, and NASSCO

Work Environment

Monday to Friday schedule, combining 60% office and 40% field work. Travel to project locations within the southeast region once a month, lasting 3-4 days. When not traveling, the role is remote or requires occasional visits to the Norfolk office for meetings or supplies. The role includes a company vehicle for travel purposes.
