Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will collaborate closely with various business functions including Order Management, Supply Chain, Scheduling, Manufacturing, Design Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program Management, and Business Unit leaders. Your role involves guiding and directing team members from these functions who are assigned to support the value stream. You will be responsible for driving accountability for daily performance, reporting, and problem-solving of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth. Your leadership will inspire others to take ownership of business needs, reach their full potential, and potentially become future leaders. Additionally, you will champion and lead kaizen events focused on continuous improvement and productivity initiatives, participate in budget preparation, long-range capital planning, and support lean initiatives. Your major accountabilities will include ensuring associate safety, maintaining product quality, achieving on-time delivery, managing operational costs, and planning for growth.
