Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing the daily operations of our junk removal services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will spend on average 2 days out on the road in our Shiny Blue Trucks and 3 days in the office running routes (This role requires Full-time hours).

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch junk removal teams to various locations.

• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.

• Monitor and track the progress of removal teams throughout the day.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.

• Maintain accurate records of jobs, routes, and team performance.

• Collaborate with the team to optimize routes and improve efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

• Consistent coaching of Team Members, must be comfortable with providing feedback to others

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or related fields is a plus.

• Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in using dispatch software and other computer applications.

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• A positive attitude and a team player mentality.

• Compensation: $40K-$50K annually (inclusive of base hourly pay and bonuses; pay will commensurate with experience)
