We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations/Logistics Specialist to collaborate closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Solutions Engineering teams. As an integral part of our operations, you will play a key role in coordinating logistics, managing resources, and optimizing processes to support the successful deployment and operation of our air space security and drone security solutions.

You Will...

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and coordinate logistics for equipment, personnel, and resources involved in the deployment and maintenance of security solutions.

• Manage inventory levels, procurement, and distribution to ensure timely availability of required materials and supplies.

• Develop efficient transportation and delivery schedules, considering factors such as cost-effectiveness, lead times, and project timelines.

• Manage demo equipment and related scheduling to ensure timely delivery of working equipment as well as timely return of equipment. Work to ensure equipment is in working condition upon return and have ready for future deployments.

Resource Management:

• Work closely with the Solutions Engineering team to allocate resources effectively based on project requirements and priorities.

• Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and productivity.

• Anticipate resource needs and proactively address any potential bottlenecks or constraints.

Process Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and minimize errors.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Serve as a liaison between the Operations team, Solutions Engineering team, and other departments to facilitate seamless coordination and communication.

• Provide regular updates to the COO and relevant stakeholders on project status, resource allocation, and logistics planning.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the operations function.

• Product Fulfillment:

• Manage order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.

• Ensure accurate and timely order processing to meet customer expectations.

• Product Testing and Configuration:

• Coordinate product testing procedures to ensure quality and functionality.

• Assist in product configuration and customization according to customer specifications.

• Ability to perform adhoc troubleshooting of mechanical and electronic components to determine when specific components are not functioning properly per specifications.

Specialty Cable Assembly and System Assembly:

• Build and assemble specialty cables used in our products, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to specifications. Manufacturing of hardware components per specified instructions.

• Maintain inventory of cable components and manage assembly process efficiently.

• Ability to safely and effectively solder wires, utilize electrical test equipment to verify connectivity and test for shorts, proper voltages, etc.

• Ability to safely and effectively use power tools.

• Ability to provide written documentation on all finalized products in system of record (production record keeping)

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, operations management, or supply chain management, preferably in a technology or security-focused industry.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.

• Familiarity with logistics software, inventory management systems, and transportation management systems is desirable.

• Knowledge of air space security, drone technology, or related fields would be advantageous.
