The role of the OKAM is to manage : customer satisfaction through the SOP, pro-active actions and analysis, develop customer business, propose improvement and new solutions, deal with crisis and The OKAM role is placed in the middle office serve the front office to ensure the customer satisfaction and the respect of BLX contract commitment. It helps the front and back office to optimize operations and competitiveness, develop business and strengthen financial performance.
OKAM Mission:
1. Capture and provide End to End real time enhanced visibility as predictive decision making that is aligned to customers’ strategic objectives and optimization
2. Continuous improvement and value adding services to provide greater customer satisfaction
3. Position to become our customers partner of choice
4. Help with quotes when needed
5. Assist operations when they are having issues

Monitor customer's activities
Requirements
International Freight Forwarding knowledge in Supply Chain and/or Logistics will be a plus
Minimum of three to five years of experiences in the flow management/control tower/IFF contract operations management/key accounts.
Good command of Microsoft office tools (Excel, Power Point)
