Job Description
The Operations Intern will fulfill a part-time (20 to 30 hours per week) temporary role reporting to Operations' Master Scheduler/FCO. This summer role will involve scanning company documents, properly naming and placing them in appropriate computer folders, and shredding documents. This is a first-shift, hourly position that is expected to run from early June to August. Approximately 9 to 10 weeks.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Scan documents
Name and file documents in computer folders
Shred documents
Abide by confidentiality and proprietary company policies
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
Communication, verbal and written (English)
Basic computer skills
Organizes, plans, prioritizes, and completes work on time
Paperwork precision and accuracy
Highly responsible with great attendance and attitude
Experience and Education:
Familiarity with computers and scanners
Must be able to lift 20 pounds
