What We're Looking For
We are looking for an Operations Finance Coordinator to support our field Operations Team. For this candidate to be successful, they must have a basic understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable. The candidate must be highly self-motivated and directed, with excellent attention to detail, committed to solving problems efficiently, and interested in being part of an organization committed to continuous growth and improvement. This is a position that must be able to set the standard for integrity and professionalism, while interacting with a diverse team.
What You'll Do
Work with vendors, homeowners and employees by phone and email
Work order administration
Monthly maintenance plan administration
Local ordering processes
Research, verify, and enter invoices
Ensure correct account coding
Housekeeping invoice facilitation
Credit card reconciliation
Homeowner statement preparation
Maintain historical records by scanning and/or filing documents
Review, verify and match payment documentation
Other tasks and projects as assigned
Protect organizational values through confidentiality and following company policies
The Skills You'll Need
1+ years of higher education or relevant experience
Attention to detail is critical
Highly organized and thorough
Strong communication skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets required
Flexibility and responsiveness to change
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
