The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a full-time highly motivated, mission-driven leader to serve as the Operations Director of the Swift Creek Family YMCA.
DUTIES of the Operations Director
The Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Swift Creek Family YMCA including facility management, membership relations, staff supervision and budgeting. The Operations Director will have a strong focus on maintaining the high-quality programs that exist by being innovative and creative while working to evaluate the need for and implementation of additional high-caliber programming to serve the Swift Creek area and surrounding communities. This position involves a high level of communication, ability to function in a fast-paced environment, leadership development and must be solution focused with strong financial management skills. The Operations Director will play an active role in leading and participating in events and programs supporting the Y. The Operations Director will also provide support to the Powhatan Family YMCA, partnering with the Powhatan Family YMCA Executive Director to strength program offerings and operations with the branch.
QUALIFICATIONS of the Operations Director
College degree and a minimum of five years' experience supervising staff and leading multiple program areas is required. This position also requires excellent oral and written communication, computer and financial skills. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary
$65,000- $68,500 per year based on experience and qualifications
