By acting as an owner, each day your efforts directly impact our execution timelines, business intelligence and operating procedures. You are comfortable interacting and holding accountable several stakeholders - both internal and external - across multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in fast paced environments by calmly persevering through stressful situations and finding shareable learnings and process improvements along the way.

Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate scheduling across both internal and external stakeholders to help meet aggressive timelines for home repairs

  • Manage a growing list of vendor relationships; continue to grow vendor network

  • Proactive outreach and follow up with vendors to gather scheduling availability, quotes and invoices

  • Maintain internal tracking and data integrity through both general input and digitally filing important due diligence documentation

  • Respond quickly to active issues as we discover them which can occur at anytime

  • Proactively identify areas for operational improvements and implement new processes

Required Skills/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management, facilities, hospitality or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience dispatching not required but a big plus

  • Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (computer room air-conditioning, chiller system, fire protection system, mechanical & electrical system) is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in a range of information technology tools and platforms - Microsoft Office, Google Suite

  • Excellent communication, organization and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively deal with stressful situations.

  • Self-motivated; confident, energetic and flexible.

This will include developing and executing a comprehensive plan that supports the operations of the program and helps to better serve our students. This position is responsible for managing scholar data collection to evaluate completion performance, improve operational efficiency of the program, and support the program director. * --- Job Details: General Notes Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer on a full time basis. Responsibilities * Develop, implement, and review program operational policies and procedures * Identify potential problems and points of friction within internal processes and work to find solutions in order to maximize the program's efficiency * Manage student data collection processes and check-ins * Interpret and analyze student data to formulate a plan of action * Work with the technology team on improvements to administrative tools used to track students. * Support special projects and other tasks as instructed by the Program Director * Serve as liaison with EMSS business services office to process travel, payments, vouchers, events, and other business operations * Other related functions as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 7+ years working with college students or high school students in a college readiness capacity, orientation, counseling advising, retention, student life, residence life, service learning, financial aid counseling, or closely related field. Capability to use technology on a daily basis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with both peers and students. Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. More than the required amount of experience. Excellent planning, evaluation and assessment, time management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to think strategically and interact tactically with diverse student populations in an effective and empowering manner. Demonstrated ability in working with cross-functional teams, including coordinating work and driving change at all levels of the organization. Experience in a fast-paced, high-capacity work environment with a strong background in analytics, preferably in a project management or operations role. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills; experience using Excel to analyze large amounts of data and perform quantitative analysis. Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities.
