Facilities/Operations Coordinator We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Facilities/Operations Coordinator for a Commercial Real Estate company in the Metro-Atlanta area. In this role, you will be responsible for working with the Operations Manager and other departments to assist with the resolution of problems regarding work orders.

Hours will be from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday. Must be available to follow up on afterhours emergencies. This position is a potential temporary to full-time role and is slated to start no later than the 1st of August.

Assist with scheduling, follow up and post-service duties ? Manage client projects and see it through from beginning to end ? Communicate with clients on a daily basis to build and maintain relationships via phone, e-mail and other various reports. ? Review and prioritize open work orders ? Conduct weekly calls to provide detailed updates on status of projects ? Perform other duties, activities, or projects as assigned What we're looking for: ? Previous facilities management or Project management experience preferred ? Knowledge of customer service practices ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Bachelor?s degree preferred or equivalent work experience ?
