The Operations Coordinator facilitates and implements process enhancements for team functions by facilitating and providing training and/or quality reviews. This position assists with workload reporting to ensure expectations are met.
Provides coaching, training, workload, and direction to department staff with the support of the department supervisor
Focuses on mastering the subject area and obtaining and fine-tuning leadership skills
Assists staff in meeting individual and team quality expectations
Provides, creates, plans, and conducts training for new and existing employees
Ensures Internal Control Documentation Regulations are met and are accurate and consistent
Monitors and reports processing data
May prepare and maintain team specific and contract management databases, spreadsheets, and systems
May develop and prepare reports for team
Ensures Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) reporting requirements are met
Contributes positively to a work environment that is flexible, adaptable, and team based
Assist with programmatic administration and implementation, planning and execution
Conducts timely and accurate quality assurance reviews of critical work tasks and provides necessary feedback to the team
Identifies process improvement opportunities and takes initiative to streamline and communicate to management team

High School diploma or GED
1-year experience conducting training, leading a team, or performing a similar function
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of CMS standards, ISO standards, and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
Advanced level of PC skills
