  • The Ops Coordinator demonstrates proficient ability to prioritize, adapt, plan, schedule, implement, communicate, and support individuals and groups to enable others to effectively and efficiently improve performance.

  • Review invoices and purchase orders (PO) for accuracy in support of the financial accounting and approval process

  • Coordinate with team to report and address any financial/budget related issues

  • Identify challenges and solicit resolution assistance as needed

  • Track and assist with on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel and support training coordination

  • Create, analyze, and maintain spreadsheet reports to compile and track operational and financial data for facilities

  • Assist with Performing work order system data mining and analysis when needed

  • Assist with Supporting work order completion and closeout and customer acknowledgement of fulfillment and hard copy document retention when needed

  • Assist with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) upkeep as directed relating to asset information, bills of materials, safety procedures, preventative maintenance programming, master maintenance planning when needed

  • Verify customer and order information for correctness, checking it against previously obtained information as necessary

  • Any and all other duties and tasks assigned.

  • Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with the client in all regards. This includes, but not limited to: Completing monotonous tasks asked of the client,

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Coordinator to oversee and support Product Office operational activities and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Product Office, this position facilitates planning, coordination and implementation of ongoing product initiatives. What You Can Look Forward to * Leads product department project initiatives. * Facilitates the product project lifecycle used by Product department to deliver multiple project initiatives such as internal initiatives, major and minor enhancements, card product enhancements, industry and regulatory requirements, etc. * Partners with product manager to ensure delivery of product line enhancements and new products using a team approach to meet strategic objectives. * Facilitates communication and/or discussions as needed between all parties to ensure timely and accurate information exchange. * Delivers effective, accurate and consistent communication to product team, senior leadership team, internal stakeholders and vendors. * Oversees various meetings, conferences, conference calls and presentations. Tracks tasks, timelines, costs and issues. * Proactively owns and executes essential tasks in support of the Product Office. * Proactively pursues development opportunities that support knowledge growth. * Responsible for reporting risks that are identified to the appropriate team and/or management. Additionally, responsible for managing, monitoring and reporting risks within the scope of your work area, to include, but not limited to Information Security risks. * Actively supports our CO-OP culture and embraces our core values of Work as Partners, Communicate Openly and Honestly, Demonstrate Excellence and Champion Change in all interactions. What You'll Need to Succeed * Completion of high school, or equivalent. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field plus 3 years' experience in the payments industry, or equivalent training and/or experience. * Solid understanding and knowledge of financial services industry, preferably credit unions and payments industry. * Strong problem solving skills in an evolving industry with ability to adapt effectively to change. * Independent critical thinking skills and ability to proactively anticipate and problem solve issues. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with delivery of all defined milestones and objectives. * Possesses drive, initiative and commitment in supporting Product goals and objectives. * Excellent time management skills. * Good decision-making skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM platforms and related internal tools. * Ability to work effectively independently, collectively and in a team environment.
