Your Impact:The Operation's Coordinator represents the GM and DGM within the Performance Unit (PU) with the Rapid Solutions (RS) Division Leaders; also represents the GM/DGM outside the PU with the Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&IS) Business Unit (BU) and with the Divergent Solutions (DVS) Operating Unit. Reports to the General Manager (GM) and Deputy General Manager (DGM) of Performance Unit (PU). Must be exceptionally well-organized and responsive.

Exceptional communicator and true team player. RS Operations Coordinator represents the GM and DGM within the PU with the RS Division Leaders; also represents the GM/DGM outside the PU with the Cyber & Intelligence Solutions (C&IS) Business Unit (BU) and with the Divergent Solutions (DVS) Operating Unit. Position also will support TA and HR functions, when needed.

Coordinates GM and DGM calendars and commitments. Provides continuity and consistency to the PU and serves as a key communication link. Supports RS PU sales and strategy, where possible.

With the RS PU Division Directors, maintains accurate records of RS PU Operations and Programs. Whenever possible leverage all relationships to retain and grow company revenue through positive representation of Jacobs. Here's what you'll need:

Demonstrated ability to work independently to plan, set priorities, coordinate, and manage the RS PU GM/DGM calendars, program reviews, operations milestones, etc. Demonstrated ability to meet expectations while adhering to corporate policies, practices, and processes. Proven track record demonstrating good business judgment to improve processes, costs, and quality.

Keen attention to detail, time management, and resiliency skills. Excellent communication skills. Facilitate team meetings effectively.

Create and maintain required reports. Understand how to communicate difficult and sensitive information tactfully. Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner.

Work with and present at the PU level and higher. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to learn and retain personal and professional trust.
