Reporting to the Assistant Director of Events and Campus Visits and working closely with the Operations Team, the Operations Coordinator does a large amount of data entry pertaining to student application records. The Operations Coordinator must demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and strong attention to detail as well as maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy regarding student records. The position regularly communicates with students, parents, and counselors, about the admission process and admission requirements.
This position works with the Assistant Director to execute daily visits and large-scale events. Additionally, this position participates in recruitment activities, both on- and off-campus.

Bachelor's degree
Strong customer service skills and know-how
Superior communication skills (spoken, written, group, individual)
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical skills and ability to make independent decisions
Computer skills; proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and operate effectively within a team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Preferred experience
Experience in customer service
Experience using Slate or other admissions CRM
Experience using BANNER
