As an Analyst, Operations Compensation, you will support the design, financial modeling and implementation of value-added compensation programs, policies and processes that contribute to the success of the company and support its objectives to recruit, retain, motivate and empower highly qualified employees.
Job Description+ Full Time, Hybrid Role
You will contribute by:
We're searching for candidates with:
Data analytics experience
An understanding of Warehouse Operations / Supply Chain+ Ability to partner across the organization+ Compensation experience in a high volume environment, preferably in a high volume retail or wholesale environment
2-5 years of experience in HR/Finance or Operations analytics
2-5 years of experience working in the field at C&S is a plus
2-5 years of experience with advanced Excel required
PowerPoint & Word experience is preferred+ Ability to travel 25%, approximately once a quarter
