large mortgage company is looking for Operation Clerks to join their team and help in organizing documents during a busy season. Responsibilities of an Operation Clerk include but are not limited to:

  • Attention to detail and patience with repetitive tasks

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time

  • Flexibility to additional basic office tasks (faxing, filing, printing, etc.) - Excellent attendance Experience or background knowledge in the Mortgage is a plus. Excellent organizational and learning skills are highly attractive . Hours for this first shift Operation Clerk role are 7:00AM- 3:30PM, Monday through Friday. As a working candidate you will be eligible for Bonus Pay, Holiday Pay, Referral Bonus, Medical/Dental/Vision Health Benefits, 401k Retirement Savings, Online Training, Tuition Reimbursement, and you are paid weekly! *Please note that all candidates are required to undergo a background check and provide 3 manager or supervisor references in order to be considered for employment.   • Basic knowledge of Excel ( ability to format, sort, and filter cells, etc.)

  • Strong Alphanumeric and 10 key Data Entry

  • Strong written and verbal communication through team and outside correspondence

  • Attention to detail

  • Great attendance and punctuality on a daily basis
