Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures. Provide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents. Maintain records, compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing. Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions. May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests. Responsible for maintaining department files. May assist with production planning and special projects. May assist in resolving payroll issues.

Reads and understands internal job instructions, WCSS/WBS/RMS, manifesting, shipping methods, and procedures. Revises and implements new procedures for account(s)/project(s).
Communicates with customers, Sales, customer service, and production leads as necessary. Consistent follow-up.
Maintains accurate paperwork, records, counts, and log notes. Properly filing kitting manifests and providing accurate shift turnovers and instructions.
Manages production planning, pricing, reporting, inventory management, resolving issues and invoicing.
Monitors supplies for assigned accounts/projects and communicates reorders to Warehouse Coordinator.
Must be organized, detailed oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
High standard for quality and service to customers, both internal and external.
GENERAL ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
Handling and/or collecting of residual and/or hazardous waste may be required as specified per department practice. The ability to identify specific department hazardous wastes, knowledge of handling and collection procedures, and basic response required in the event of a spill, constitute the minimal qualifications received
Low to moderate noise level, sometimes requiring hearing protection
Must be able to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse
Workweek is 5 days followed by 2 days off
Rotation between day, evening and night shift may be required
Weekend overtime is often required as a condition of employment
Twelve-hour shifts are often required
This position may be in the kitting or warehouse department.

Has sufficient visual acuity, peripheral vision, and depth to perform the job without endangering himself/herself or others.
Continuous standing and walking around the facility.
Must lift up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis.
High School graduate desired.
