We're actively seeking a talented Operations Business Services Specialist to join our Onboarding & Commissions Team in Newport Beach, CA, Omaha, NE, or Lynchburg, VA.

This role is hybrid. We believe in empowering our employees to get work done both in and out of the office.

As an Operations Business Services Specialist, you'll move Pacific Life and your career forward by performing commissions-related processing and analysis across our Life Insurance and Annuities markets. Daily responsibilities include commission balancing, manual transactions, and responding to internal or external inquiries. You will fill an existing role that sits on a team of nine people in Advisor Services.

• Manual Commission Transactions

• Debt Recovery

• Escheatment

• Shared Email Box Inquiries and Status

The experience you bring:

• Demonstrated ability to complete assignments well a high-volume, fast-paced environment under tight deadlines, balancing accuracy, speed, and thoroughness.

• Demonstrated commitment to delivering a superior customer service experience.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills when dealing with a variety of internal and external customers in the financial services profession.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate in cross team scenarios.

College degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$20.38 - $24.90
