The Role

TripleLift is seeking an experienced Operations Associate to join its team full-time to help manage the front of our office and to assist management with office operations. This is an incredible opportunity to learn more about digital advertising alongside an intelligent, motivated staff. We are seeking a highly-motivated Operations Associate, who has at least 2 years of full-time experience, preferably in a start-up, for this role. We are based in NYC, and currently have satellite offices in Chicago, Atlanta, Detroit, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and London.

  • Opens office at 8:00 AM Monday through Friday;

  • Must be able to approximately lift 30 lbs and be willing to assist office manager in setting up and breaking down of office events;

  • Provides candidates, clients, and guests a memorable experience by managing conference room equipment, schedules, and on-site logistics;

  • Manage the wiki page along with coordinating head shots

  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement;

  • Assists office manager with various tasks

  • Serves as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, etc

  • Helps resolve staff issues (i.e. I.T. related, order related, etc.);

  • Works with HR & Operations team on office culture (i.e. food orders, event planning, and employee experience projects);

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures;

  • Experience assisting managers (i.e. calendar management and administrative tasks);

  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills;

  • Can-do attitude with desire to learn;

  • Experience troubleshooting conferencing solutions a huge plus;

  • Event and conference planning for 70+ guests;

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, & Powerpoint;

  • Knowledge of Google Apps (Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms);

  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively to drive business forward;

  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments;

  • Strives for continued learning opportunities to build upon craft;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

  • Ability to work quickly and independently with minimal oversight;

  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced start-up environment;

  • Proven academic and/or professional achievement.

Education Requirement

A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.

Experience Requirement
1-2 years of operations and administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment with proven results.

He/she will work closely with Human Resources, Purchasing, IT Services and other Medical Center and University offices: assisting with financial and other report preparation; processing invoices, purchase orders, and other payments; scheduling and coordinating meetings; and other duties and special projects as assigned.
