Responsible for facilitating the rollover of assets from other financial institutions while coordinating and maintaining department reporting needs.
Responsible for following up on participant rollovers in a timely manner
Responsible for responding to emails and other participant inquiry in a timely manner
Work directly with financial intermediaries to ultimately channel assets into JH
Communicate with Third Party Administrators and Plan Sponsors to facilitate rollover process
Facilitate daily and weekly operational activities while following department policies and procedures
Respond to routine inquiries from various operation teams both internal and external - Oversee data integrity requirements
Proactively share knowledge to ensure team objectives are met
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree preferred
1-3 years financial services industry experience preferred
Previous Customer Service or Financial Services experience preferred Knowledge & Skills
