Position Summary

As an Operations Associate, reporting to the Manager of Operations, you will play a key role in training teams of Returnistas at our new Return Bar locations.

The Operations Associate will:

  • Lead the training and launching of new Happy Returns Return Bar locations across the United States via in person and virtual training methods.
  • Train retailers customer service teams on Happy Returns return solutions including SaaS services and in-person returns
  • Build and maintain relationships with Happy Returns Return Bar locations by providing them with company updates, locations performance metrics, and onsite visits
  • Complete other small-to-large operational projects as necessary, relating to training, launching, and supporting return locations and maintaining Happy Returns relationships with retailers


We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experience

Compensation for this position is $55,000 annually and comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision and paid vacation. We are looking for someone who loves a challenge and wants to participate in the upside opportunity of this large underserved market.

This is a high-volume Payroll center located in Santa Monica, California. The Sr. Payroll Operations Specialist effectively performs within company and industry standards to keep payroll processing accurate and timely.
