Operations Associate Duties:

  • Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement

  • Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best apparel and equipment brands in sporting goods

  • Maintain cleanliness of all areas of the store including the office and restrooms

  • Assist with the unloading of trucks and processing of freight

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively

  • As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary

Success Profile :

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekend, and holidays
  • 1-2 years of operations or maintenance experience preferred

They are also responsible for supporting the long term vision of the firm, including Seamless Integration. This includes participating in the client on-boarding and off-boarding processes, CRM projects, the monthly & quarterly billing & reporting process, training and using technology to facilitate communication both within and outside of wealth advisory. Work Activities & AccountabilitiesThe below functions reflect the general details necessary to describe the essential work activities and accountabilities of this position and are not all inclusive. Other activities may be assigned. * Operations: Work with the Director of Operations & Chief Operating Officer to support all operational needs of wealth advisors for the investment advisory and brokerage business. Responsible for producing, auditing, distributing and answering any questions with the quarterly client performance and other reports. Help create, implement, update, and educate others on reports and procedures. Responsible for knowing and understanding all functionality of the CRM, portfolio accounting and other key systems. May help in the production of monthly Assets Under Management and Principal tracking reports that are used by the firm to manage the business. * Billing: Monthly & quarterly billing process of existing, new & terminated accounts. * External Client Support: Provide high quality service to prospective/existing clients and co-workers through timely, courteous, respectful and helpful communication. Assist with service requests from clients. * Internal Client Support: Work with Director of Operations & Chief Compliance Officer on special brokerage and investment advisory projects. Act as liaison between CLA and custodians, investment management firms, and other issuers and vendors. * Administrative: Enter and maintain client information (data) in client databases and systems. Perform other job-related duties and/or special projects as required. * Technical Competencies: Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products. Portfolio management software experience. Organizational Interfaces The Operations Associate works with wealth advisory staff across a number of roles, as well as with individuals in the LLP.
