As an Agent Team - Operations Assistant, you will provide operations assistance to an agent team at Compass, to ensure the team can focus on what they do best. Anticipating the needs of the lead and the team, you resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise. You represent the team, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact. You will be responsible for incoming requests, directing emails and calls to appropriate contacts, flow of correspondence, and more.
This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass.
The Agent Team Operations Manager Will:
Assist with the preparation of the property as needed and coordinate with other team members
Manage critical timelines to coordinate and develop property marketing assets (photography/video scheduling, signage coordination, and ordering, drop off brochures and other marketing materials to listings)
Manage the creation of marketing materials such as digital and print brochures, property websites, and others
Create new MLS listings, update pending and closed listings
Field incoming inquiries and handle clients appropriately
Initiate work process systems to enhance business growth
Develop ideas to generate business leads and brand visibility
Manage and update client database management program and CRM system
Help coordinate property preview parties and team meetings/appreciation events
Run Open Houses (weekend) and Broker Opens (weekday)
