OfficeTeam is seeking an Operations Assistant to join a manufacturing company in Irvine. As the Operations Assistant you will be responsible for the following:
Operations Assistant Job Duties: ? Primary phone coverage (first to answer all incoming calls). ? Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages. ? Assist staff with filing needs. Maintain central filing system. ? Assist with purchasing and invoicing. ? Maintain databases. ? Assist with shipment control and communication. ? Inventory and track off-site storage. ? Prepare freight - shipping and receiving ? May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required. ? Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. ? Assist with Marketing tasks including website database, social media, and production calendar. ? Assist with Trade Show planning and management. ? Arrange travel for marketing and operations staff. ? Perform other duties as assigned.
