OfficeTeam is seeking an Operations Assistant to join a manufacturing company in Irvine. As the Operations Assistant you will be responsible for the following:

Operations Assistant Job Duties: ? Primary phone coverage (first to answer all incoming calls). ? Prepare and mail all US/UPS/Fed Ex packages. ? Assist staff with filing needs. Maintain central filing system. ? Assist with purchasing and invoicing. ? Maintain databases. ? Assist with shipment control and communication. ? Inventory and track off-site storage. ? Prepare freight - shipping and receiving ? May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required. ? Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. ? Assist with Marketing tasks including website database, social media, and production calendar. ? Assist with Trade Show planning and management. ? Arrange travel for marketing and operations staff. ? Perform other duties as assigned.

VIEW JOBS 12/11/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-11T00:00 <p>Tyvak mission operations engineers will be involved in all aspects of the spacecraft lifetime, initial CONOPs definition, design reviews during development, oversite of final spacecraft testing and qualification, launch, commissioning, long term operations and decommissioning.</p> <p>In addition to predictive and analytical work, Mission Operations Engineers will serve on-console during spacecraft activities, which may include periods of off-hours or on call work.</p> <p>Specific responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor, assess and maintain the operational health in-orbit spacecraft. Includes defining, developing and executing pass plans, which may include spacecraft configuration changes</li> <li>Perform complex analysis to monitor the health of systems and subsystems throughout the satellites lifecycle.</li> <li>Identify, investigate, and resolve highly complex spacecraft system and subsystem deviations and anomalies.</li> <li>Lead and participate in the development of satellite operations procedures, products and processes, working directly with hardware development teams within the company.</li> <li>Develop and distribute reports summarizing technical analysis, findings and recommendations to include monthly and annual satellite health and status reports as well as anomaly resolution reports.</li> <li>Play a key role in defining and developing satellite system and subsystem requirements for ground control system and networks.
