Your role at Sephora:

As the Operations Assistant Manager, you are a key holder and member of the store leadership team. Reporting to the Operations Specialist, you help keep the store running smoothly and looking beautiful in partnership with the entire operations team. In addition, you will:

  • Maintain and execute cleaning programs, fixture/promotional marketing updates, and store inventory levels per company standards

  • Prepare and track outbound and inbound shipping

  • Manage RTV ("Return to Vendor") and obsolete product in accordance to company policy

  • Monitor stock room cleanliness, supply levels/budget, and general organization

  • Ensure the store is compliant with all environment, safety, and maintenance requirements/documents per company standards

  • Act as a role model by demonstrating excellent client service and maintaining objective and professional relationships with brand partners, key stakeholders, peers, direct reports, and supervisors

  • Minimum 2 years of retail operations experience

  • Flexible availability to work during "peak" retail hours such as nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. In this ops role, you will be required to work overnight stock and recovery shifts as needed
