Summary

As the Operations Strategy Analyst, you'll lead initiatives that drive operations efficiency and enable Veo to scale. This position will work on identifying levers of revenue growth and cost saving, developing business plans for new initiatives, and implementing new processes and strategies. You will work as an internal consultant to our Regional General Managers and present your projects and proposals to our executive board. This role reports to the Head of Central Operations and this will be a Hybrid role at our company Headquarters in Santa Monica, CA!

Essential function

• Design, implement and maintain processes, systems, mechanisms and tools to maximize field operations productivity, safety and engagement.

• Perform product management functions for Veo's proprietary app used by field technicians.

• Lead project and analysis to improve field labor planning and scheduling.

• Run analysis, develop models and develop recommendations that aim to improve the vehicles availability, reliability and convenience for customers.

Competencies

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy role

• Problem-solving, analytical skills and implementation drive

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

• Experience or desire to work with a fast paced operations environment

• Thrives in a heavily multifunctional work environment

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

• Excited about getting immersed in field operations and firsthand identifying opportunities and implementing new processes.

• Previous experience in an operations environment is desirable

• Advanced spreadsheet modeling capability is required, SQL skills are desirable

Below is the expected salary range for this position. The listed range is a good faith estimate, and exact compensation and total package may vary depending on market conditions and candidate qualifications.

Pay Range

$75,000-$95,000 USD
