The AWS Business Development team is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Program Manager to own defining, developing, and executing programs with touchpoints across the AWS sales organization.
The ideal candidate will be an effective written and verbal communicator with executive audiences and have strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders to understand requirements and shape deliverables. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally.
A keen sense of ownership and drive is a must. You should be a self-starter with a bias towards independent problem solving.
You must be able to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance business needs versus constraints. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be able to manage through ambiguity and complexity, and invent and simplify processes.
Maturity, strong judgment, and the ability to influence are all essential to success in this role. Additionally, the ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to work cross-organizationally.
