Performs non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery.
Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.

Position: Operations Analyst
Department Description: eCommerce Operations is part of Oracle's Product Release Operations group and supports the Oracle Store platform for selling Oracle's products and services. The eCommerce Operations department is a fast-paced and dynamic work environment that collaborates closely with the multiple lines of business throughout Oracle.
Role Description: The Oracle Store Operations team is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the Oracle Store platform. Hardware, Software and Cloud products and services are made available to direct/indirect customers via the Oracle Store sales channel. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for the following duties within the Oracle Store Operations team.
Participate in Oracle Store testing cycles and provide meaningful feedback to management
Analyze and resolve problems associated with the Oracle Store ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner
Define and document procedures that support eCommerce Operations release processes
Work closely with Management and Application Development to drive issue resolution
Work closely with Product Managers to identify parts and products to be made available in Oracle's eCommerce venues ensuring that all web content is accurately represented on the store
Coordinate with cross functional organizations while executing product release timelines to assure that product setups and configurations are completed properly

Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
Past experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite applications (OM, OKS, or Quoting) and/or Omniture Web Analytics is a plus
BS Degree in Management Information Systems or similar
