Your Impact

• Support setup files - manages and provides master data for products and components shipping to international locations.

• Support outbound operations team as needed with partner order entry, documentation creation, etc.

o Coordinate daily order management activities

o Respond to any customer and/or field team inquiries expeditiously

o Liaise with various cross functional teams - distribution centers (DC), logistics, supply chain, merchandising, planning, finance, regulatory, customs

• Support beauty tester inventory including creation of new articles and maintaining safety stock levels.

• Support DC transfers, creating purchase orders (POs) for all categories and ensure timely delivery

• Support regulatory process and timelines as needed

• Support cross functional projects (including new market entry and technology initiatives)

• Build consistent and sustainable operations practices to drive value across businesses

• Document standard operating procedures

• Energetically contribute towards innovation and improvement through continuous evaluation of processes

• Identify potential problems and work to find solutions to maximize efficiency

Minimum Salary: $55,500.00

Maximum Salary: $73,395.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

A successful candidate thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment; is experienced with IT tools; can flex between large data management and tactical planning; and is comfortable presenting. This individual will contribute to operational excellence and provide governance for systems, process, and execution in support of business objectives.

• 1-5 years Logistics / Operations experience

• Advanced PC proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables & vlookup's), Word, & PowerPoint

• SAP experience is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent is preferred

• Experience in retail or apparel manufacturing and wholesale environment is preferred

• Ability to think analytically and creatively

• Ability to display strong organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively in a high paced environment

• Demonstrated initiative and drive to achieve results

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask by working on orders, setup information, and data analysis from several different markets/customers at once

• Perform special projects and analysis as directed
