Rocket is seeking a Customer Experience Operations Analyst for our Customer Success Operations team. This person will be responsible for coordinating with internal business teams and the IT organization to facilitate continuous improvement to our systems. To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical skills and be able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
Work closely with stakeholders and management to evaluate business processes, define requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions that meet business needs and requirements
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Coordinating and conducting user acceptance testing.
Managing low-to-medium complexity projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and other organizations to insure cross-organizational alignment.
