We are hiring a scheduler to join our Operations team! The Scheduling position is the central point of efficiencies, understanding daily needs, workloads, and time frames, for our field operations team. This person is multi-task oriented, highly organized and flexible enough to handle the demands of constantly changing schedules for up to 40 people.
Review all submitted jobs to ensure that the budget has been established.
Establish daily manpower each day, based on job budgets.
Assure that all non-installation deliveries are coordinated by calling external customers in advance.
Maintain 3-5 day turnaround on all deliveries.
Print, check and separate daily deliveries, service and customer tickets.
Submit all daily trip sheet boards by 12:00 noon for the next day's customer deliveries.
Communicates any exceptions or discrepancies with the team.
Work closely with our Customer Service Rep and Project Managers to resolve customer issues.
Creates weekly/monthly meeting schedules and maintains.
Maintain records for up to 40 people.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum 2 years of experience is a clerical role.
Proven organizational and follow-through skills required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to be flexible and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Must possess excellent judgment and problem-solving skills
