Summary of Position
The Operations Administrator will coordinate and support the operations team with all reporting, tracking, communication, and analysis of Operations programs. In addition, this individual will coordinate meetings including scheduling, ordering, and event planning.
Overall Responsibilities and Duties
Coordination of monthly meetings for Regional Vice Presidents: Scheduling, Communication
Coordination of Regional Partner Promotion RSC Orientations: Scheduling, Communication, Follow Up
Scheduling, travel, and agendas for quarterly Regional Partner meetings
Oversee the Borrowing Manager Process: T&E, Coordination with RP's, Reporting, Follow Up
Planning and coordinating quarterly Regional Partner meeting
Processing of Expense Reports: SVP of Ops, RVP's
Reporting Hours Report, RPR roll-up
Communication Updates: RVP and Region Breakdown updates
Ordering books for RP's, flowers, gift cards, etc.
Day to day support printing materials
Excel and power point expert to create presentations and one off reporting for projects.
Scheduling conference calls for field communication
Education, Training, and Work Experience
Strong customer service background.
Some restaurant experience required.
2-3 years administrative or relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from restaurant management.
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with excellent attention to detail.
Possess analytical skills.
Must demonstrate a commitment to the pursuit of quality work.
Ability to think independently to solve practical problems and present solutions.
Time management skills
Strong reading, writing, and editing skills
Works with a sense of urgency
Experience with multi-unit operations is helpful.
Possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to computer terminals. The noise level and temperature is moderate. The employee has the ability to sit, stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours a day. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, bend or kneel, lift up to 40 lbs. and perform other diverse physical tasks as needed. The vision requirements include: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
