Bridges SI is looking for an Operations Administrator to continue the development of our growth and reputation.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

In this role, you will assist the Operations Manager in managing and coordinating by working in conjunction with other Departments. You will manage and regularly update the vendor pricing and product line databases, including documenting and tracking vendor rewards and rebates. As a member of the Bridges SI Team, you are expected to provide initiative, vision, and teamwork.

You will be a great fit if you are a strong multi-tasker who can provide management support for the Operations Manager in a myriad of ways relevant to all Bridges SI Departments. The whole of the organization works to resolve client hurdles in creative and impactful ways.


  • Coordinate internal meetings, schedules and activities to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage database of vendor pricing and product line updates for both regular and ad hoc changes
  • Document and track vendor rewards and rebates
  • Document and track minutes for various departmental scheduled and ad hoc meetings
  • Support multiple departments with ad hoc needs


  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must be willing to work in the Herndon, VA office (during non-pandemic times)
