How You'll Make an Impact: Botrista is seeking a Onboarding Program Manager (OPM), AI-Enablement to lead and optimize cross-functional projects focused on process automation and system integration. This role involves understanding and mapping current internal processes, optimizing them, and effectively implementing automation using AI solutions. Responsibilities include leveraging AI tools to build automated onboarding and other processes, manage risks, automate reporting and dashboards, enhance communication, and drive continuous improvement. The OPM will manage process optimization and system integration projects with various internal and external parties. This position requires a seasoned leader dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and performance through innovative AI-driven solutions to grow and scale with Botrista.

Requirements

What You’ll Do:

Year 1 R&R Process Implementation You will ensure that our partners are prepared for a successful launch with our beverage program and are provided the best experience possible. You will work closely with the Sales Team and initiate the handoff process after we sign a new partner. You will also work alongside our internal cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to execute and deliver key action required for store launch. You will own the external communication with the partner and provide consistent updates and guidance on upcoming milestones, deliverables, and success tactics for the launch. Post launch of the new location, you will closely monitor the success of the location alongside the assigned Account Manager for a short period of time.

Year 2 R&R Process Automation

● Lead initiatives to optimize and implement automation solutions for the above current process.

● Evaluate and recommend AI solutions through feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.

● Manage technical expertise across AI integration and serve as an escalation point.

● Foster cross-functional collaboration, establishing best practices for AI development.

● Drive strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives

● Measure and drive continuous improvement in AI-driven processes and solutions.

● Ensure efficient communication and collaboration among cross-departmental teams.

● Propose implementation timeframes and track progress against milestones.

● Initiate and manage ambiguous programs, navigating cross-team interdependencies.

● Develop strategic technology plans aligned with the company's roadmap and long-term goals.

Requirements What You'll Need:

● Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

● Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in program management, project management, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment.

● Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on process automation and system integration. Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with hands-on experience in implementing AI-driven solutions.

● Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Netsuite, ClickUp, Salesforce) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

● Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders.
