Introduction:
We are seeking a Operational Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team for After Market. You will be responsible for identifying cost effective pricing discrepancies, quality requirements, on time deliveries, payment terms and conditions aligned. This position is responsible for effectively managing procurement demand assigned by utilizing historical pricing and acquired quotation pricing, negotiated, and provided by the Strategic Procurement Group.
This position is mainly located in Brookfield, WI but we are happy to offer hybrid working options.

You will join a team of Procurement experts who value high ambition, putting our customer in the center of all we do, getting it done together and open and honest communication.
The members in our team are located in US and Mexico.
What you'll do:
Analyze and prioritize execution on procurement transactions to meet customer demands.
Manage supplier performances, including on time delivery and the ability to drive improved supplier deliveries.
Identify issues/concerns independently throughout purchase order execution.
Provide alternative solutions during procurement execution.
Provide and manage, in an organized and timely manner, progress status of orders, throughout procurement execution.
Timely creation of purchase orders (2 days) for assigned commodities and ensuring review of order acknowledgments within 7 days of PO creation ensuring noncompliance of PO is escalate to internal departments.
Invoice VS PO analysis.
Timely review and respond to the internal communication requests received through the OM Ticketing Tool.
Ensure shipments coordination with Logistics Teams.
Responsible to maintain cost and lead time data in SAP in collaboration with Sourcing/Tactical.
Who you are:
5 years of subcontract mechanical manufacturing experience.
Low volume high mix (HMLV).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent Customer Services Skills.
Excellent Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Experience preferable in SAP/MM environment.
Basic technical knowledge and understanding of blueprints.
Experience with products in Metso's offering is a plus.
