Operational Manager / 245D Designated Manager

Position begins at $69,000 annually

This full time position serves as a strategic partner in coordinating the organization's residential services and resources to maximize the benefit to each: person served, group home, facility, and program.

• Provides leadership and oversight to Program Directors, assisting them in developing and maintaining programs that maximize benefits to individuals we serve.

• In-charge of developing and maintaining close relationships with the people we serve and their families, guardians, and related funding agencies.

• Responsible for developing program service budgets and effectively managing expenses, ensuring that services/supports provided to individuals are of the highest quality.

• Supervision of Designated Managers in 245D programs.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and two years experience in a related field, as determined by the senior director.

• Must meet the Designated Manager qualifications.

• Must have experience supervising supervisors reflected on your resume.

• Must have good decision-making and communication skills, be responsible, mature, flexible, and have management experience.

• Prior experience in residential programs / group homes is desired.
