WHAT WILL YOU DO. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of long-term quality strategies. This position identifies quality gaps, implements reporting processes to track quality improvements, enhance current systems, defines and prioritizes high-value quality projects, and reports the findings of the quality analysis to upper management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Education: _Must have a minimum of a bachelors degree in a chemical, physical or biological science or medical technology from than accredited institution_and _Must have at least 2 years of laboratory training or experience or both in non-waived testing in the designated specialty or subspecialty areas of service for which the technical consultant is responsible. Other WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: _Lean Six Sigma experience preferred. _Must exhibit strong leadership skills, set and achieve goals, learn and adapt to change, and possess strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. _Must be detail oriented and possess a high level of organization skills. _Understand quality systems and processes and make data driven decisions with strong analytical skills. _Valid Drivers License required.
