Reporting to the Deputy Director, under general supervision, with latitude for independent initiative and judgment, performs responsible work in any phase of community programs; perform assigned tasks to provide necessary and important community services; performs related work.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare reports and updates, perform analyses, and review program plans, funding, and performance.

  • Analyze financial and operational data and make recommendations for problems.

  • Produce and present financial and program analyses and presentations.

  • Evaluate established programs, recommend changes in existing programs when indicated, and develop recommendations for new programs as needed.

  • Participate in the planning and formulation of agency policies and procedures relevant to programs.

  • Oversee programs and special initiatives.

  • Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualification Requirements

1.High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or

2.Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications, Maximo, Oracle, Data Warehouse, and Kronos.

  • Excellent conceptional, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work under stringent deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface with various levels of staff and external contacts.
