Job Description:

The client is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the Third Party Risk Management Reporting team in a staff augmentation capacity. Reviews and analyzes large amounts of data (with varied formats and frequencies) and ensures accuracy and completeness of the data entered into the tracking system. Tracks to reporting deadlines and ensures that Third Party-related Incident/Finding data is entered and updated appropriately.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and provides ongoing support for the identification, rating, and maintenance of Third Party-related Incidents/Findings.

  • Ensures accuracy and completeness of data entry.

  • Reviews high volume of reports in a timely manner and appropriately tracks completion of reviews.

  • Works with Third Party Risk Management team members and other business teams to obtain status updates for existing Incidents/Findings and logs appropriately in tracking system.

  • May assist with fulfilling data requests and providing Incident/Finding information.

  • May assist with development of reporting packages or completion of reporting processes, as needed.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to review and analyze varied sources of data to appropriately identify Third Party-related Incidents/Findings; exercise judgment in determining various risk ratings; and identify and describe trends related to reporting data.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess and analyze reporting processes and identify improvements to same, such as automation or simplification of steps.

  • Strong writing skills and attention to detail; ability to develop quality deliverables with minimal supervision.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with colleagues of varying levels to address questions and issues effectively.

  • Proficiency in Powerpoint, Sharepoint, and Excel required.

  • Excellent time management skills and able to meet deadlines consistently.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Tableau experience a plus.

  • Risk management experience preferred, but not required.
