Operation AnalystWhat We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Operation Analyst within our Implementations division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operation Analyst with a strong focus on data analytics, particularly utilizing Power BI, to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations by analyzing data, preparing reports, and communicating insights to executive leaders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable directly engaging with executives, have the ability to learn on the fly, and pivot quickly to address evolving data needs. You will report directly to Director, Corpay Implementations and regularly collaborate with the Implementations, Vendor Enrollment & Data Analyst teams.How We WorkAs a Operation Analyst you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: * Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN* Company-issued equipment * Monthly home internet stipendRole ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities of the role will include: * Data Analysis and Reporting: * Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to day-to-day operations * Utilize Power BI to create comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting key insights and trends * Present findings to executive leaders clearly and concisely * Executive Communication: * Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leaders * Engage with executives to understand their data needs and provide timely updates on project progress * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data analysis and reporting efforts * Learning Agility and Adaptability: * Quickly learn new tools and technologies, particularly PowerBI, as required for data analysis and reporting * Adapt to changing priorities and pivot to address new data points or emerging trends * Proactively seek opportunities to enhance data analytics capabilities and improve reporting processes * Project Management: * Utilize project management skills to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather data requirements and ensure timely delivery of reports * Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, implementing solutions as neededAdditional Responsibilities:The candidate is self-driven, works with urgency, prides himself/herself in timely and effective communication, and puts strong emphasis on the team members and our customers.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum: * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.Experience:*

Proven experience in data analysis, with a focus on generating insights to drive decision-making. * Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI, with the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data concepts to executive audiences. * Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. * Highly analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Skills * Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitment* A servant leadership perspective that serves the needs of the team members and understands how to best motivate the individual. * Ability to work calmly in a fast-pace team environmentThe above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
