Operating Room Supply Tech

Full time days with some on call responsibilities.

• Responsible for assuring the provision of all appropriate and adequate supplies for next day OR cases according to surgeon preference cards for specific procedures.

• Provides the OR room staff with additional instruments or supplies needed during the course of a case.

• Communicates with appropriate personnel to assure that instruments and supplies are well stocked and available.

• The OR Supply Tech & Peri-operative Attendant will be cross trained in order to substitute in the absence of each other.

• Lives the CARES values at all times.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent

• AAS degree preferred.

• 1-2 years experience in a hospital setting required.

• Operating Room or materials management experience preferred.

Pay Range: $18.50-22.00

Starting Pay: Based on Experience
