Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs plumbing repairs, minor to mid-level installations and routine service work. Applicant must have ability and experience in the repair or replacement of rest room fixtures including faucets, toilets, urinals, unclogging drains using plungers and electrically powered snakes.
Completes special tasks that include but are not limited to; painting, locksmith work, tenant services requests, and general maintenance as assigned.
Performs technical and general maintenance work on a variety of facilities and building equipment, systems, structures, and hardware, including air handlers, pumps, the building BMS system, building exhaust, lighting, electrical, etc.
Availability to work overtime (both scheduled and emergency), after hours (early morning or late night), weekends and holidays as required.
Assisting the Property Manager and local team to ensure property compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle Operations audit
Assisting the Property Manager with the tenant buildouts, ensuring that the contractors are on schedule and completing the correct work.
Support other JLL departments as necessary, i.e., Project Management, Occupancy Planning, Transactions and corporate support functions
Education & Experience
High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED).
Knowledge and experience with hand tools and test equipment.
Ability to read and interpret basic layout drawings, system drawings and manufacturers' equipment specifications.
Knowledge of standard maintenance practices
Basic understanding of accounting, office technology, systems and equipment
Excellent communications skills both oral and written
Successful candidate must be self-motivated who can work independently or on a team.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Attend all electrical safety courses offered and scheduled by management
Attend all scheduled safety training offered and scheduled by management
