DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

  • Hacer todas las tareas que sean asignadas.

  • Habilidad de trabajar bien en un ambiente de trabajo en equipo

  • Mantener las normas establecidas para la velocidad y calidad de la lnea

  • Cumplir con las reglas y reglamentos descritos en el Amy's Kitchen Inc. Manual para el Empleado, el Manual de seguridad y la libreta de GMP.

  • Tomar las precauciones adecuadas y usar todo el equipo de una manera segura

  • Usar dispositivos de proteccin personal que sean asignados

  • Avisar al lder de la lnea o al supervisor de cualquier problema con respecto a calidad, seguridad o problema mecnico.

  • Operar equipo de produccin como fue entrenado.

  • Mantener limpia su rea de trabajo y hacer tareas de limpieza que sean necesarias.

  • Ser puntual y tener excelente asistencia

  • Seguir los procedimientos segn los batch sheets u otro documento aprobado

  • Avisar al lder de la lnea o al supervisor de cualquier desvo en el proceso.

  • Reportar cualquier problema o potencial problema mecnico con el equipo al departamento de mantenimiento. Equipo funcionando mal se debe remover de la lnea de produccin y llevarse al taller de mantenimiento si es practico; al contrario, se debe colocar un aviso en el equipo e informarle al supervisor de produccin.

  • Entender las normas de calidad para cada producto.

  • Entender las frmulas y procedimientos para trabajo de preparacin que incluye, pero no se limite a: mezclar masa, mezclar papa, operar el blancher, cortar queso, y saber los tiempos de hornear y otros procesos especiales de preparacin de comida que se hacen en Produccin.

  • Habilidad de preparar reportes cuando sean necesarios

  • Hacer otras tareas que sean asignadas

  • Trabajar horas extras durante la temporada pico o cuando la empresa lo necesite.

EDUCACIN y/o EXPERIENCIA

  • Debe tener por lo menos 6 meses de experiencia trabajando como trabajador Pesado (heavy lifter) y mantener un buen historial de trabajo.

HABILIDADES DE IDIOMA

  • Habilidad de leer indicaciones simples en Ingls y en Espaol

  • Habilidad de llenar formas simples

  • Habilidad de comunicarse verbalmente con su supervisor

HABILIDADES EN LA MATHEMTICA

  • Habilidad de sumar, restar, multiplicar y dividir nmeros

HABILIDAD DE RAZONAMIENTO

  • Habilidad de aplicar el sentido comn para realizar indicaciones detalladas que sean por escrito o verbales.

Generate and distribute enrollment reports as required; reconcile and adjust attendance reports before submitting them to the district office. 3. Prepare and maintain student enrollment, attendance and discipline reports, records and files; maintain student class schedule files. 6.
