Summary:

The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates (MFA), an independent, non-profit clinical practice group affiliated with the George Washington University, is seeking applications for full-time faculty positions. Physicians in the Section of Family Medicine of the Department of Emergency Medicine provide care in the MFA's Primary and Urgent Care Centers located throughout the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The department's current research and consulting activities focus on medical informatics, bedside diagnostic imaging, and public and community health-related areas.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include providing medical direction in the centers; teaching medical students in classroom and clinical settings; and maintaining an active research program. Non-tenure track appointments will be made at a rank (Instructor/Assistant Professor/Associate Professor/Full Professor) and salary commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, and eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia, at the time of appointment.
