OPC Agent - Branson Travel Group

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our elite marketing team as an OPC Agent. As an OPC Agent, you will engage with guests to craft unique and exciting vacation experiences for them and their families. You will connect qualified guests with our beautiful resort on Table Rock Lake and provide outstanding customer service.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and engage in conversation to build rapport and understanding of their needs.
• Understand customers' needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and shows around Branson.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the Branson area and act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or who have questions.
• Answer the phone and make reservations at area shows, attractions, and other accommodations.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales, customer service, or relevant role.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; bilingual preferred.
• Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
• Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation.
• Ability to multitask and have excellent time management skills.
