We have a new opportunity for an Onsite support analyst role across our Retail channel and offices. Supporting both our existing store portfolio, offices and new store openings, you will champion best practice IT retail and offices processes and help inspire innovating new ways of working.

Essential Functions:

  • Be the Global IT Ambassador for IT Support in the office

  • Work closely with your colleagues in other PANDORA locations and our external IT partners

  • Enjoy working independently in the local office while sharing your experiences with your colleagues in other countries

  • Provide Level 1 support for IT & application issues for stores

  • Provide Level 2 support collaborating with ServiceDesk when cases cannot be solved remotely

  • Manage the local IT assets and ensure they are always fully operational

  • Fix technical issues remotely for stores or if necessary organize on site third party support

  • Support for store openings & refits

  • Onsite support for office employees and all onsite equipment (e.g. Printers, AV, etc)

  • Facilitate Introductions and training in the IT landscape for new starters

  • Software Upgrades, Deployment & License administration (MAC & PC)

  • Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

  • Logging customer/employee queries

  • Analyzing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues

Educational Background: BA/BS

Field of Study: Computer Science or Similar

Experience: 3-5 yrs.

Personal Competencies:

  • Previous experience with Retail and office IT support

  • Experience and understanding of IT systems within a Retail and office environment

  • Ability to support and advise users both in person and via long distance communications

  • Commercial awareness of new IT trends within Retail industry

  • Be willing to support remote sites, including occasional visits

  • Good time management, work management, prioritization, travel and training planning

  • Decision making and problem solving.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Computer Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10, iOS, Android, Office 365, Skype for Business, and standard office Hardware, peripherals, and office equipment

Travel Required: App 20 days per year

The On-Site Workforce Solutions (WFS) Manager will be responsible for the day to day relationship and the on-site oversight of assigned Workforce Solutions (WFS) Health System. In this role, the Manager will work in collaboration with the Workforce Solutions implementation and operations teams, recruitment, local branch office and CCS Clinical team to develop and nurture deeper relationships with WFS client at the staffing office and end user level (e.g., Human Resources, Clinical Manager, and Director). The Manager will build relationships with the key stakeholders at all acute care and non acute care facilities to ensure client satisfaction with all Cross Country services. Additionally, the On-site WFS Manager will be the key point of contact for all questions and issues related to Cross Country's services, performance and will communicate issues to the appropriate leaders within the client organization and Cross Country Staffing. * Have knowledge of all Workforce Solutions programs and process, as well as core operational processes for travel and per diem services * Develops client relationships within assigned facilities and works to ensure an excellent healthcare professional (HCP) experience * Fosters an environment that focuses on excellent client satisfaction with integrated processes and outcomes * Provides the "on the ground" eyes and ears of CCS effectiveness, reports service strengths and weaknesses * Completes SWOT and Gap analysis with client facilities to identify best practices for HCP supplemental staffing and best processes for efficiency * Participates in the development of tools to evaluate and track customer satisfaction based upon clinical services provided. Leverages quality of services through review of performance assessments and patient satisfaction surveys. Participates in monitoring, analyzing and reporting client satisfaction results, and trending * Previews such findings with CCS Leaders & HCF stakeholders on a monthly and / or quarterly basis * Works closely with applicable internal departments and leaders regarding services provided. Obtains and updates unit/departmental profiles to describe each area of recruitment for matching, "best-fit" potential HCPs * Partners to educate, clarify and ensure adherence to established work processes and supplemental staffing practices across the HCF organization * Assists with the onboarding and logistics of orientation for all WFS supplemental staff, regardless of employer * Completes audits and quality review of per diem and travel files for all Cross Country Staffing brands and Subcontractors, as requested * Provides operational reports, data and key performance metrics and consultation to identify trends, staffing predictions and strategies for meeting anticipated demand * Review strategies with Director of Clinical & Professional Services, VP of WFS and other Division Management teams in order to prioritize initiatives and visits. Coordinate visits from sr. management team and determine key objectives of each visit * Coordinates Quarterly Business Reviews, distribute reports/updates, providing actionable information * In areas where we have high concentrations of travelers / HCP's and logistics can support host coffee meetings with professionals on assignment * Works daily with local CCS branch office and vendors to ensure adequate supply pool of local staff and consistency of service * Ensures all HCF requirements are known and executed flawlessly by CCS organization * Visit local subcontractor staffing partners to enlist continued support of facilities and CCS WFS. Provides support and performance feedback * Serve as VMS technology subject matter expert, trainer and resource for HCF users. Assist with generation of reports and delivery of data * Collaborate and participate on Implementation team when services for aligned health system are being expanded or new facilities implemented * Assist with resolution of invoicing / billing concerns.
