In the role of Onsite Manager, you will be responsible for managing site operations. The environment is a logistics and distribution or fulfillment center.
Salary Range: The salary for this position is anticipated to range between $47,000-$57,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Essential Job Functions
Manage new hires with onboarding tasks
Conduct new hire orientation
Partner with recruiting and payroll to ensure compliance with interviewing, orientation, and payroll policies
Build and maintain strong client relationship
Manage workflow of employees schedules
Issue corrective actions for policy violations
Issue coaching/corrective action for performance issues
Safety observations
Safety & incident investigation and reporting
Education/Experience
High school diploma or GED
1+ years of experience in staffing, logistics operations or human resources
Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Bilingual Spanish preferred
