Bit By Bit is looking for a talented and passionate Help Desk Engineer committed to providing top-notch customer service and technical support for our clients. We are searching for someone to take on a Dedicated Helpdesk Engineer position (Salary based on proficiencies). In this position, you would be on-site and dedicated to a specific client. In this role you would be part of a team dedicated to this account with the ability to escalate issues to our NYC based staff. This will be a full-time position, working on the client’s site 3-4 days a week.
Qualifications:
· Basic technical support of client systems
· Create and Maintain documentation
· Maintain Client IT Hardware inventory
· Hardware and software troubleshooting
· User onboarding and offboarding
· Audio/Visual Conference support
· On-site to client in New Jersey - Candidate should have a car
Requirements
Technical Responsibilities:
Additional Desirable Skills:
Minimum of 1 year experience working with a Managed Services IT company preferred.
Education:
4 year College degree, preferably a B.S in a technical science or equivalent experience. All Microsoft and/or Apple technical certifications are a plus.
