Onsite Body Radiologist - Indianapolis - RP Crossroads

POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Partners is seeking a diagnostic radiologist to fill a full-time on-site Body Radiologist position to work alongside our large team of radiologists who serve a 818-bed tertiary hospital, Level 1 trauma center, transplant center, burn center, and multiple regional hospitals in central and north central Indiana. The hospital is the flagship installation of a large healthcare organization which operates 22 facilities over 46 Indiana counties.

The candidate must be proficient in reading all aspects of abdominal imaging including modalities of XR, CT, MRI US, and Fluoroscopy. The practice provides a high-volume experience with CT and MRI of hepatobiliary and pancreatic pathology as well as GI/GU imaging. The hospital is a referral center for complex liver pathology, gynecologic, rectal and prostate MRI, as well as MR enterography.

Candidate participation in oncologic tumor boards is expected. Light IR procedures such as ultrasound guided biopsy, paracentesis, thoracentesis, image guided drainages would be advantageous.

Ability to read other modalities such as PET/CT and nuclear medicine would also be helpful. Candidates should have interest in developing a high quality, patient focused practice and commitment to excellence to embrace a peer-learning environment while participating in new radiology residency program.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME accredited U.S. training program

• Fellowship training in Body or Abdominal Imaging preferred

• Board eligible or certified by American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR)

• Licensed or has the ability to obtain a license in the state of Indiana
